How to make your costumers to love you?
When you are selling something, the biggest achievement is when your customers love you. When your customers love you, they return to your business themselves and also they recommend your business to others. So how to make your customers happy and make them to love you? I am not an expert in these, but I love to share my opinions on this.

Should we ignore our old customers to get new ones?
I have seen many businesses offer a special discount or a free gift to their new customers. If they have introduced this gift or discount from the first day of their business, then it sounds really good. Because all their existing customers already have taken this opportunity, so when the new customers take this offer, those existing customers feel good. But when an existing customers came know about such an offer, which is not for them, but for new customers, they feel cheated. And if they are your loyal customers, then you may loose them in the process of attracting new customers.

Before I write anything, I should tell you that I am not a CSS and HTML expert. But I love good CSS and HTML and hate IE and “table for everything” concept. Today morning I started with two small web applications, CSS Border Radius Generator and CSS3 Generator. I knew (and used) about this property before, and also I started falling in love with CSS border radius at the first sight. And I don’t know why, but I used to think that I can create a Price Tag like structure with it. When I saw these two websites today morning, I thought to explore the beauty of CSS Border Radius.
